When You Arrive

When you arrive at MedCenter, one of the first things you will notice is convenient parking, just outside the door! There is a porte-cochere over each driveway to protect you from the weather while loading and unloading your vehicle.

Your first stop should be at the registration desk. You will be greeted by a member of our staff and asked to complete necessary paperwork. For your convenience, we have placed some of our forms online. Click here to view the forms available now.

Please be sure to have your insurance card available and any other information or resources that may be needed to complete the registration process.

You will then have a short wait in our comfortable waiting area prior to being evaluated by one of our physicians or a physician assistant. If you need lab work or general radiology, this will be done onsite as you wait.
